EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a very effective therapy that works to resolve emotional, mental or physical issues by ‘pulling up’ what is bothering you in life and then purposely turning the issue ‘off’. This practice consists of tapping with your fingertips whilst talking through traumatic memories or emotions on certain key points on your body, which link into the bodies main meridian or energy points where we have stored the trapped energy from a traumatic event. It is said to be like an emotional version of Acupuncture without the needles.
As part of the EFT session, Gerri will teach you a very simple and effective tapping programme to incorporate into your everyday life, making this treatment a long term solution for both old and new issues that arise at any time. Daily practice can be done in as little as 5 minutes and can be performed anywhere, making this holistic wellbeing therapy very popular and easy to transfer into our busy lives.
