Focus is given to performing perfect technique during exercise routines, avoiding unnecessary injury, and to the motivation of our clients together with the progression of their fitness levels.

Specialising in PT for ladies over 40, we are dedicated to helping clients to successfully achieve their goals, whether that be to increase cardiovascular fitness, re-shape their body or achieve sustainable weight.

Small Group Training

Group exercise is a great way of exercising and socialising at the same time, and research has proven that we are more successful at reaching our fitness goals with group support!

Working out in a group environment not only offers support through camaraderie, it also helps you to push on past your own perceived fitness and health limitations. We are much more likely to fight back the demons in our heads telling us not to workout, when we know we are meeting up with other like-minded people who will help us to achieve our goals.
