A fusion of Yoga Flow and HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training) to build fitness, strength & flexibility.
These classes are shorter than traditional Yoga classes, but the intensity is high, burning calories for hours after your practice has finished!
Online Yoga Relax & Restore
A slower and more relaxed paced class designed to release tension from joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia – the connective tissue that keeps our body parts in place. These classes will take you through a sequence of deep stretches, holding each one, to go deeper into the body and release long term stress and tension built up around the body which restricts a full range of movement.
Studio Hatha Yoga
A traditional yoga practice with postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) to help stretch, strengthen and relax the body and mind, leaving you feeling truly connected with your real self.
This class offers the opportunity to deepen into yoga postures progressively increasing strength and flexibility (Suitable for all levels including pre and post-natal).
Studio / Online 1-2-1 Yoga
A Yoga session performed on a 1-2-1 basis and designed specifically to meet your needs.
