Our Menopause Workshops give you practical tools and guidance on how to manage your symptoms, allowing you to feel healthier, happier, and more confident.

I joined Artemis after turning 40 and struggling to enjoy exercise like I used to. I was introduced to Yoga flow and an amazing Pilates class and never looked back!
