Hi I’m Di, owner of Artemis Wellbeing. I founded Artemis in 2015, with a burning desire to help ladies to navigate their 40’s, 50’s & 60’s with ease and confidence.

Artemis is not just about exercise; it’s about transformation!

I’ve been teaching, practicing and studying health & fitness for over 30 years now and as I started to move through my 40’s, I realised that things that worked for me in my 20’s and 30’s no longer achieved the same results.  

My body was changing, I was experiencing some quite challenging peri-menopause symptoms and with the stresses of raising kids, progressing a career, looking after my parents, I just didn’t feel like my old self anymore.  Sound familiar? 

So I decided to further educate myself on what needed to change!  I took back control!  Now I want to share this with other middle-aged ladies who want to feel strong, confident, and amazing for this next chapter of their lives!

Our focus is on you—your goals, your challenges, and your triumphs.  But don’t just take our word for it; our members speak for themselves.
